A ”Warm Up” is an exercise to prepare your body for a particular use, often by releasing muscle tension in the jaw or larynx.
Remember to “B.E. S.M.A.R.T” as you warm up.

For register coordination & range (1-3-5-8-5-3-1 often on "bup" “mum” or “nay”)
